Is our understanding of long Covid getting better?
Consultant Physician Dr Ali Sheikh explains that our intial focus was mainly on the respiratory symptoms of Covid, but other symptoms (especially neurological symptoms) were less appreciated especially in her personal experience. But our understanding is getting better as we learn more about the virus.
