How durable is Fenestrated & Branched Endovascular Repair?

Fenestrated and branched endograft had expanded the indications for thoracobdominal aortic aneurysm as well as sexarenal aortic aneurysm in the sense now that we could provide this therapy and it's more durable than what we ever anticipated in the past because the rate of the aneurysm shrinkage in many of those patients is higher. However, this will require lifelong surveillance, meaning regular interval CT scan and interventions as needed to make sure that the stent is functioning well and the aneurysm is well excluded.
