Hi, I'm Arvinda Patel, I'm a foodie and it's my passion to create strict vegetarian plant-based recipes and I helped in the Diabetes Community Club. It's my passion that people eat healthily. We have Christmas coming next week, so I would prefer and it's my wish that people would eat healthily and start the new year. And this is what I've created. Arundhati, could you talk us through this, please? Okay. Basically, I wanted to create a Christmas tree. But since I'm a foodie, it has to be something to do with the food. So I bought some broccoli and some cauliflower and some breadsticks and some cherry tomatoes. And I created this. Now it would be too bland to eat on its own. So I created a chutney made from coriander and mint and the spices just to dip it in and people loved it, but you can change the chutney to anything else. It can be a hummus, it can be a pea hummus, it can be anything, it can be salsa, can be pineapple salsa, mango salsa, anything you can think of can be used instead of the green chutney. Now Arvinda, demonstrate your passion. You want everybody all over the world this Christmas to do what? To eat healthily. You want everybody to make that, don't you? And you were telling me... me nice would be good it would be okay how difficult is it to to make a tray of that not difficult at all basically you just create a tree just put the um broccoli it can be uh you You can slightly steam it, so it still has a bite and it's not too raw. But with the tender broccoli, I tend to use it raw. This was slightly steamed, so it depends what people like, but it's not a difficult thing at all.
