What could a health care provider do differently to better support people during the winter? I'm thinking about preparation, communications or types of care. Yes, I mean follow-up will be good. I know that when I got my last, I got my physical what last February and I went on to the patient portal I saw that I had vitamin D deficiency. My primary care physician to this day have not called me back about it. I started taking vitamin D vitamins on my own. She still has not called me about it. I'm like what is going on? I mean I'm looking here I see that my number is low. Just follow up. I know that they're dealing with a lot. They have a different a lot of clients and things like that but don't take on more than what you can withstand like if you can't care for the patients that you have don't take on that responsibility because at the end of the day we're dependent on you we're putting our trust on you that you know about our body and you know what we need so yeah I just feel like I'm on my own far as my healthcare I don't have a medical degree but I'm like and you know when you googling you're dying like yesterday you don't know what you're looking at you know and things like that so you're just taking an educated guess or you like self-diagnosis like i'll be over here self-diagnosis like yeah i got this i'm gonna just go ahead and take this or whatever um because i can't depend on my health care provider that's it that's it that's the whole thing
