Are there any particular challenges that tend to arise for you in the autumn months? And how do you usually respond to those? Well I think I've said, I think I respond to it by making my inner world and my outer world different. So I talk autumn up with people and say isn't it great and look at that lovely sunset and look at all those lovely trees and things but I think inside it makes me quite depressed and sad and I can't wait till it's April or May again when the day starts. The clocks going on is a big deal for me you know when you put the clocks back and it's suddenly dark at four o'clock and that was that was a big deal when I was working because I went where I was working I was working in an office quite out in the country and I used to cycle to the station. I worked in Banbury and I used to cycle to the station and it meant getting all togged up with reflective gear and lights and goodness knows what to get back to the station at night and it was much nicer to cycle along the lanes in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt.
