So I guess I have to almost choose two because they're completely interlinked and so physical activity and stress management. So one of the things I think is really interesting is the more exercise I do the less insulin I need to take and that kind of moves forward over a number of days. So if I have a week where I do loads and loads of exercise, by the end of the week, I'm taking much less insulin and that goes on for two or three days afterwards, even if I don't do exercise. And in my mind, that feels like a good thing if I need to take less insulin. And, you know, without any shadow of a doubt, doing exercise is good for you and I enjoy it. And so I think that's really important. And then what that links in with is that generally the more exercise I do, I find a really good way of relieving stress and, you know, taking time out of all of the other things that I'm thinking about and doing at the same time. So I guess that's kind of part of the same thing.
