I try to eat normal food. I don't eat any diabetic specific diet. I don't eat diabetic specific foods that some people advertise. I think eating normal healthy diet is important. However, what I found is that over time even or exercise regularly and I actually use an app to log what food I've eaten and how many calories I've consumed. Maybe I'm just getting older but I found that I'm getting heavier. I'm a bigger man than I used to be. So I'm currently talking to again my hospital team, the nutritionist, to try to figure out whether there is something specific in my diet that's causing this, this weight gain. And and also, obviously, we're doing the standard blood tests and everything to see if there is something else that changed with me. But again, it could be an age thing, it could be something else. But it's it's do I follow a specific diet? No, I don't. Have I tried different diets? No, I just again, this goes to not allowing personally not allowing diabetes to take over my life, I try to eat healthy, normal foods. So as an example, I guess Mediterranean diet is the closest that would be with a mixture of some sort of Far Eastern food, but it's not very fatty. Maybe there's a lot of carbs and protein in it. So this is why I'm talking to a nutritionist, I'm trying to figure out what is going on and what can be done to stop this, or is it just the fact of getting older? So we'll see.
