So, hello everyone. We are Healthshared and we are an organisation focused on creating communities around patients and everyday people. So, maybe we can start by first, Carl and Jay, nice to meet you, and introducing yourselves and what you do. Maybe Carl, you can go first. Hi, my name is Carl Dempsey and I'm Chief Strategy Officer for Healthshare.com. My name is Dr Jaspreet Patti, I'm an ex-clinician and been working in health innovation and I work as a Strategy Operations Officer for a pharmaceutical wholesale company. The reason that the three of us are here today is we want to talk about how independent pharmacy, can actually help to improve the lives and healthy outcomes of the communities that we all serve. So our joint ambition is to be able to help improve the health of the community that the pharmacy is placed with it and at the same time growing and evolving with that community providing trusted care, convenience and personalised service to achieve better healthy outcomes for the community. Pharmacies play a huge crucial role in the health and well-being of communities and their importance extends probably beyond merely dispensing just the medications from a day-to-day aspect but they serve as accessible hubs for healthcare. You know we have patients coming in daily to ask from an educative point of view or just generally from support and you know people don't even understand but it's also almost as an accessible social for patients to come in where they feel that asking questions generally not just about generally their loved ones and cared ones that about health situations and health conditions they almost build a relationship with pharmacies you know for their journey or their individual journey in health and I think that's one of the key reasons why pharmacies are very vital for communities because as you know, you know, there's always current stress on primary care. And the next offering for that is pharmacies. You know, there's lots of news, which is going on, you know, generally within the NHS, but you know, independent pharmacies to survive, and to work together between communities, healthcare pharmacies, but as also having the patients as key operative figures to make sure that you know, that the journey, the journey is, is working well. And I think that's, from an independent pharmacy group, we've found this, found Healthshare to be actually, you know, one of the forefronts, actually, leading this, because, you know, surviving our general day-to-day operations as a business is very difficult. It's very difficult to make sure that you're running not just one pharmacy, but you're running many pharmacies in an area of where there's actual profit coming in. when you're working more on a large base operation, to make sure that your targets are being reached, the shop is turning over because it's, in generally it's a business, but actually you're making sure that the requirements for the patient are met in such tight deadlines. So something like Healthshare to come through from the innovation aspect, from the digital aspect, it's a major, major step up. So from a health share perspective, that's exactly on script. We want to empower the pharmacy to actually profitably grow too, to drive the capability, enable the pharmacy to be differentiated and expand its reach. So we share and we learn together as a community and we become mature and better for it. Yeah, sure. Well, first of all, thank you, Karl, because you've mentioned some really key points there. Not only the online content, but you can provide and be that digital go-to tool, which allows the patient to have access not only from a healthcare professional aspect, but you're working in conjunction with the pharmacy to provide the overall message as well as providing the education aspect and giving the patient the one-on-one understanding with the pharmacy where they actually feel like their point is being listened to. you
