You know, the most challenging part of winter to me is just the shorter days. I feed off of light and therefore I have bought, you know, one of those lamps that supposedly, you know, creates a more natural light setting. I'm not sure how well they work, but I use it so mentally I seem to get something from it. And I also, you know, will try and do my best to still be outside. You know, the weather in the Northeast or where I live is not nearly as bad as it used to be as far as cold and snow. So there are many more opportunities to be outside nicer days than there used to be. And, you know, I certainly know that I need to take advantage of them. You know, again, holiday parties, et cetera, you know, you just have to go with and accept and enjoy. But really, it's it's shorter days and, you know, not getting trapped inside.
