We're heading into summer, what am I looking forward to or not looking forward to? Summer's an interesting month, looking forward to the good weather, looking forward to working in my garden and doing some planting, hoping to grow some veg this year, want to look at healthier lifestyles, so hoping to grow veg that I can harvest and feed my family with. Looking forward to all the flowers and the roses and long walks in the countryside, all of these things that contribute to a good, nice, healthy lifestyle. We're so used to changeable weather in the UK it's always nice to know that you might have a few weeks of decent sunshine and that's something I definitely look forward to. In the summer though you know there are other things that can play around with what's good and what's not good and things that aren't so good are the long days. They can really play havoc with how we manage our day-to-day activity. it's really hard when you wake up early in the morning and it's already the sun's been out for several hours already and then when you're going to bed it's already still sunny and it's a bit of a mental mind game working out how to deal with the weather and how to deal with the different different timings and the long days and trying to make sure that you can continue to live that healthy lifestyle.
