Autumn is an interesting time. Most of us would have had a few holidays over the summer, just come back in, the kids are starting school, the country is again getting back working. Essentially, many of us would have come back from our holidays with some new resolutions. The weather too is going to start changing, it's going to be less sunny. So it's all about executing our resolutions, as well as from a diabetes perspective, figuring out how to sustain some of the improvements we've done over the summer period. Many of my patients typically would use the warmer months to get about, explore new places, but also when they are at home, do more exercise, eat healthier. as we get into autumn it's about maintaining the momentum and that's really what autumn is to me as a physician.
