So I always say yay for spring, but spring is an interesting time of year because it really starts way too early by definition because it's still in winter. So it's really just embracing what's coming and knowing that, you know, if it was a long cold winter, even though spring officially started, it's on the way. and that's where I sort of start planning for things I'd like to do in spring. And a lot of that's around the house outside, just working in the backyard, fixing things that might've broken over the winter, and really just getting back outside, start walking the dog, taking longer walks with the dog, you know, when weather allows, and starting to enjoy the longer days that are coming. I think it's very important that, you know, vitamin D is a wonderful thing and natural, So the minute you get those opportunities, you get out and start soaking it in. Other seasons will turn into different issues with needing sunscreen and spring, you're pretty good. And you can just really enjoy the sun. So that's my ideal, it's an ideal, the second half of spring I love.
