We get unable to do stuff. Thank you. So question six, if you were to encourage someone in your community to take a positive step for their health this spring, what would you say to them? I'd say go up the park and explore bits of the park that you haven't been to before because there's loads of it and it's absolutely lovely down there and it gets better every year. Try and take vacations and go and see the world before you die and what else and don't give up alcohol because we all need something to sustain us. Thank you. And question seven, thinking about the kinds of behaviours and attitudes that support good health, is there one that really speaks to you right now and why that one? Well I mean I guess I've been very fickle with my health most of my life. I used to be a smoker, I've always probably drunk too much. When I was young, I used to take drugs as well. Most of that, I don't smoke and I certainly don't take drugs anymore, other than the ones for heart and blood pressure and cholesterol and all these boring things. So I don't think there's any one thing. I think I've got a pretty healthy lifestyle. It's mainly about being active and keeping moving. I don't sit down very much. I don't know, I was probably ground tall.
