Does my family need to screen for Aortic Dissection?

So, family members of patients with aortic section do not need to screen unless there's a known family history or genetic mutation in the family that is known to them. There are certain conditions, let's say if the patient is young or below the age of 50 and had an aortic dissection, then there is a reasonable amount of suspicion that this patient would have a genetic mutation or a familial sort or kind of aortic dissection. And those patients, their relatives or family members might need to be screened for the same mutation or the family history.
