What is the difference in bandaging for lymphedema and venous insufficiency? The difference is according to type of bandages to be used mainly and also type of technique to be used in lymphedema because for instance with lymphedema you have to most of the time you have to take care also of the digit of the food, which is not the case in venous cancer. That's a major difference and sometimes the deep bandaging are in the range of venous insufficiency, but not reaching the level of compression compared to venous insufficiency.
