Coronary Angiography (Ms PG)
PG, an 80 year old female, presented with exertional shortness of breath. A dobutamine stress echocardiogram (DSE) was positive for ischaemia (reduced oxygen supply leading to impaired ventricular action) in the left anterior descending territory. A coronary angiogram was performed which showed mild atheromatous (plaque formation in vessels) disease which did not require treatment.
