Look for a friend, talk to someone, whoever it may be. A, again, my thought is let the thoughts, whatever you're doing, do them and then move on and go to something else. I know that's easier said than done or go back to your normal way of doing things, but often you do need another voice from the outside to remind you that this is a short-term time of year and spring is coming or what have you and focus on the future, the next day, the week, the month and just keep your focus on getting back to the healthy environment that you want to be in and not being stuck that winter is going to last forever and I'm never going to be able to get it out of this current streak.
