I'm not worried about making the decision what to do. If you were to encourage someone else to prioritize their health in the autumn, is there any particular advice you would give them? I don't think, not many of my friends ask if there's something different. And if they want to do something, like if they want some help with shopping or things like that, then I can offer to do that. I don't know whether we think about, like, whether we, obviously, again, if you've lived in this country a long time, that's your life. We have four seasons, you know, and we've all been adjusting to all of those all our lives in a way. You put your summer clothes away and you get your autumn or winter clothes come gradually. You might have layers or one scarf or hat, but by the time it's really cold, you've got thickest jacket out maybe or and all those are hanging in the wardrobe so I don't have to do more than decide what what jacket should I wear today or can I not wear one I don't know I don't think of it as seasonal change it all happens so gradually diet changes a bit like maybe not so much salad in the winter but I don't mind a salad in the winter but yeah I've just done shopping the book parsnips and carrots and swedes and things because I like those so it's almost like quite interesting waiting a different season where you can change your diet a bit isn't it? What helps you stay motivated as the weather gets cooler? Family, friends that I'm already got groups I want to go to and I continue doing that I don't stop doing those things. Is there any way like like in the spring, a health shared community or group support. Is there anything, any way that that could help you in the autumn or winter months? They don't change a lot. I don't think they change enough for you to think. They don't, I mean, I think the seasons change before we think. I don't, yeah, I just, I'm not sure I think about it in the way that your questions are asking, partly because that's been part of my life all the time. You know the seasons are going to change. It might be colder a bit earlier and then you're thinking that's a bit tough going because the old heating bills would be higher earlier. But if it's not cold out, I won't put the heating on high. I'll do something different at home, you know Would I avoid doing something? There's not much I would avoid Because we still go out and walk, you know, whatever the season. I mean, obviously you're thinking is That the hardest things are if there's early snow or the pavements are icy for longer Then then that's a bit of caution but again I'll wear the appropriate boots but I wouldn't do it if it if the weather's absolutely foulness
