Certainly, so in one of the other videos I mentioned that the sweat glands are supplied by the sympathetic nervous system and those nerves at the point where they cause their effect of sweating, they have local hormones which transmit their signal and if you block those hormones with a group of drugs called anticoallergic drugs drugs, then you can affect sweating and reduce it with anticholinergic medications. The problem with that is, or the problems that you can get with that are other anticholinergic effects in other parts of the body including constipation, including issues with double vision and a number of other conditions like dry mouth and these sort of things. typically these conditions limit the usefulness of these medicines in a number of patients but again it may be the right choice for a particular patient for a particular reason. As with all therapies and treatments the correct choice for one person is not the correct choice for another and treatments need to be personalized to your personal needs and issues.
