Okay, my name is Paul Williamson, and my normal routine through the winter and generally through the summer also, which I'm very active, but in the winter I usually get up in the morning, I eat breakfast, and then I go down, and we have a small exercise area in our basement. I have two treadmills. I've got a Welder machine that does different kinds of exercises, and I also got dumbbells that I use. What I do generally is I do a mile on the treadmill, I do that about 3 miles per hour at a 9.5% incline. I do on the welder, I push 80 pounds, bench press 160 times, that's 40 times each time. And then I do various physical exercises. Sometimes I eliminate the welder and I do 40 to 60 pushups. This consistent lasts about 35 to 40 minutes every morning. And we try to do that every morning. My wife and I both do the same thing. She has a treadmill, I have a treadmill. And what I do to overcome my diabetes is I sort of watch my carbs. I try to stay within the 40 to 60 milligram per meal. I usually have my biggest meal at lunchtime and then evening meal is very light because it gives me or it has the ability that I can sleep much better. I am not on any diabetes medicine and I'm going strictly to exercise, watching how I eat and also from a standpoint of stress, I have no stress. I am financially okay, I'm physically okay, and I have a very happy life. How old are you? I'll be 87 February 2nd, about a week or two. Okay.
