Thank you. Question four. Are there any personal goals you're hoping to start or restart as the season changes? Not really. I'm not really one to set goals because I tend to nearly always fail to meet them, so I think I'm much better off living day-to-day. But I've got, I think, a fairly positive attitude to my health and to exercise. So are there any routines or hobbies you'd like to start or continue as we move into that particular season? What, new ones? Well, not really, no, because I've got, I mean, I'm 76 and I'm relatively set in my ways. So the things I like doing, which are walking, cycling, gardening and travelling, I will continue to do as long as my leg heals up totally because at the moment it's still a little bit naff. Question five. Have you ever made a health resolution in spring that really worked for you and or helped make it a success? I've got to be honest I don't really do resolutions because I usually fail on them in on day two or three so I think the the the lifestyle I follow has has emerged and become much more refined as I've retired I've been retired about 20 years and that's afforded me the opportunity to do more healthy things because I'm not sitting at a desk eight hours a day. So I'm active. I'm active around the house. I'm always up and down the stairs. I'm always doing stuff. And having just spent two months in a wheelchair, I'm more conscious than ever and enjoying more than ever the fact that I'm nobile.
