Question two, how do I motivate myself to face these challenges? Motivation is a lot easier in the summer, you always feel a bit more alive, a bit better, seeing more people, you're not stuck inside the house with long, short days and dark mornings and dark nights. So motivation is slightly simpler in the summer. There's often goals that you are able to achieve better or feel that you can achieve better. So living with long days, you feel like you want to be able to live a healthier lifestyle and you have longer in the day to do it because the sun's out for longer. And sometimes you're going on a holiday. So you feel like you want to lose that bit of weight that I've gained over the winter and spring. So I'm going to motivate myself to do more exercise, eat more healthily. And the weather itself is just a better motivator. And the sunlight hours are definitely better motivators. Also, you see lots of people out on the streets doing exercise, going back to exercise, which they curb during the winter, cold and wet months in the spring as well. And so the summer with its better weather, you see lots of people going and doing exercise outdoors, running around, and that kind of motivates you too, because you're watching other people do it. So that's always useful way to motivate yourself as well as having those goals of weight loss because you wanna look good on holiday or you're going to parties and people are getting married and you wanna look good in nice clothes. And so you make the effort to lose the weight or go on a healthy diet and do some exercise.
