Distance-wise, I'm not sure. I guess probably about five miles maybe, but time-wise I can do about something like 3,000 steps in half an hour, so an hour would be about 6,000 steps and some of it, obviously, you know, when you're indoors as well, I'm one of those people who can't sit still for too long, being sedentary is just not my scene. So even if I am sat at home in front of a television on the sofa, at least once in an hour, I will get up and move around and go up upstairs, downstairs a couple of times and just to stretch my legs. So the extra number of steps are added on as well to my normal daily number. So, and also I think apart from the normal time that I allow for purely for stepping, if I need to pop over to the shops or something like that, that again, to collect my medication from the chemist and so on, I try and walk wherever I can. That's always been my routine. And so for me doing 10,000 steps a day is really not all that a big issue.
