Right, going forward, I'm looking forward to the better weather so I can be out and about and start my walk and also going to the gym and get my steps in to improve my sugar. not looking forward to, there's nothing actually, I'm just, just no, basically it's, I like the spring and the summer so I'm looking forward to those two. I don't really like the winter so I'm looking forward to the spring and going out and about and with my family and everything, so more outings and more holidays. Why do you like the spring and summer? Because I think I'm not a very cold person I like sunshine and I know it's hard for my diabetes but still I manage it well. So I need to I need to lose weight and I know but as soon as spring's come looking at just looking through the window and looking at the the sunshine and everything it makes me go out and about and get my steps and everything in. So that's really important for me.
