Hello, I'm Dr. Jim Hampton. I'm the medical advisor to Isobar. I was a GP for 30 years, 7 years hospital medicine before that, and I got interested in this about 18 months ago and hence joined the company. Isobar is an innovative way of delivering compression. It involves taking a 3D scan which takes about 15 seconds of a limb. We then produce an anatomically perfect reproduction of that limb with graduated compression, which can be dialed in either by us on advice or by the treating clinician if they want to change the pressure profiles. We've got plenty of studies and work going on to build up an evidence base. It's currently being used to heal venous ulcers for long-term compression for venous ulcers, lymphedema, but also we've got some interesting data showing it aids recovery in sport and we've had quite a few Olympians have used it, we've got professional golfers using it, NFL, NBA teams are using it, professional rugby teams in the UK and the feedback is that they're comfortable, the patient compliance is good and the nurses save a huge amount of time because they don't have to use a tape measure, it's a 15 second anatomical scan. The 15 second scan delivers that with the image of a leg, it's anatomically perfect. We've got enormous amounts of detail in that leg. That scan is Wi-Fi'd to our factory in Manchester in the UK. It's a UK based company and a flatbed knitting machine produces a seamless stocking that fits that left leg or right leg, left arm, right arm, and it's just sent to the post. Patient gets it within five working days and it does what it says really. We're currently doing some trial work on looking at comparing to two-layer bandaging in venous ulcer healing and also comfort compliance in long-term compression in patients. And on the sports front, we're working with the British Judo team and Modern Pentathlon to see what effect it has on recovery after heavy training sessions. We've already got data on rugby showing that it markedly enhances recovery and we've got one premiership rugby team uses it and it's aiding their turnaround time between games.
