So anybody with diabetes will develop a diabetic foot so if you're not very well controlled let's start with that if your HbA1c is off target over a number of years you will then go on to develop the complications and the complications are specifically related to the nerves that are damaged and the nerves that allow us or tell us what we should be feeling are the ones that are affected. So you'll lose your ability to feel essentially pain, temperature and pressure and that can manifest itself in the early signs with pins and needle kind of sensation that I spoke about earlier as well. So long-standing diabetes, poorly controlled is essentially what leads to the complications and the diabetic foot as we would describe it.
