At this time of year, what concerns you most about your health? I think I worked really hard in the last six months trying to get my Hb1 level to 36. It was 73 before and I just wanted to be in that healthy range between 20 to 38. Obviously summer is literally around the corner and just being tempted to have all the ice lollies and to show you your snacks and all the carbohydrates. I just need to just be very mindful to just keep my HP1 level to 36 or below and just trying to keep doing what I'm doing and just trying to maintain it. And definitely seek help from other healthcare professionals if it does, if I cannot. Sorry. you
