It's a hard question. Just basically look after myself and my diabetes, that's the main issue of me. And eating well with it. Also because I know that through the winter I've not exercised or put on weight and everything and that's my main concern by going out and about and by having going to the gym and increasing my exercise and stuff and at the same time eating the right food. So I'm not because I've been nibbling on everything and everything in the winter I don't want to nibble on small small bits so go on the healthier diet not that I wasn't but still going more on maybe a handful of nuts or avocado and stuff like that, eating my breakfast with avocado and stuff instead of having toast and eggs and stuff like that. I mean I used to have eggs but again just on its own so that again was a good thing. More on the healthier side, that's my aim for the spring. No, it depends how much insulin I put, because I'm a type 1 diabetes, so I know if I have some small piece of fruit, I know how much insulin I need to give myself. So if I give more of the insulin, then obviously I'm going to eat more. I tend to go for less insulin so I'm not eating too much and keeping myself healthy at the same time. Yes but when I do go to the gym I do give myself half of the dose of what I usually give, like for example if I give myself eight units I would give myself four units and go to the gym. So I know the regime how to manage my diabetes that way. If I know if I'm going to have a piece of cake or some biscuits then I will give myself one or two units extra. So I know that I can have that but not a big piece of cake but just a small piece of cake and that will hopefully should make my blood sugar in in line but it doesn't happen often but it does.
