Is there a device that combines insulin therapy and continuous glucose monitoring?

Is there a device that offers both insulin therapy and continuous glucose monitoring? So we have quite a few devices now. You can use most of the devices, depends which pump you use. The new pump technology, it come across as we call it hybrid loop or closed loop. It would actually mean that the continuous glucose device which speak to the insulin pump. So the insulin pump can function based on a closed-loop system and get the feedback from the conscious glucose monitor. The old-fashioned pumps or the old models, you can actually use an insulin pump with a CGM device, but you will have to use a CGM data, but have to operate the pumps separately. So essentially, the sensor does not speak to the old pumps, but the new models, which have been approved from hybrid or closed loops, the sensor, the CGM device, the sensor is able to speak to that. And there are artificial intelligence AI models within pumps, which you can activate, which would mean that it could work autonomously in the sensor.
