It affects me the long days about being lonely. So what I do, I go for a walk. I tend to make 10,000 steps a day. And then my food, I changed my diet now, the way I eat. First I eat the vegetables and then the protein and a small amount of carbohydrates. I noticed that now I'm eating vegetables first, then what you call the protein, I've been, I feel full already without eating the carbohydrates, which helps me to stop eating big amount of rice, which is what we used to do as Filipinos. But having that, I have what you call, because I've been trying to reduce my, to reverse my diabetes because I'm type 2 diabetes and I'm trying to reduce it. And I'm very pleased that since I've been doing that, my GP reduced my metformin to two already a day, which is, I'm very pleased. And also, I do some exercise and I'm a very independent woman at my age. That's all I do. Just remember, I know your eyes flick always to Florence here, I know it's not as natural. I'm used to that. Yeah, I get that. So just try again. Yeah, okay. I can understand when you're doing this. Okay. Just tell me to do this. No problem, I'll do that. And, Tess, in terms of your activity levels in the summer months, how does that change in relation to the diabetes? I never change my activities, just because the thing is, my husband was type 2 diabetes, I type 1 diabetes, well sadly she passed away four years ago, and I'm used to this everyday activities like cooking my own food, I don't like eating outside, I don't like, our place is sugar free, which is nothing, and I try to control not to eat bread, and looking through Through the, what you call, on this Facebook or whatever, I learned a lot, telling us what to do, what fruit to eat, or whatever. So I stopped eating, well I only ate banana half a day, and I ate lots of fruit now, apple, kiwi, blueberry, everything, also strawberries, because that's what, before I eat, my breakfast is always fruit first, and then porridge, that's my breakfast.
