Winter season, always, I mean, because thanks to Harrow Carers, they have programs throughout all the activities. So whether it is winter, summer or autumn or whatever it is, I always I always take part in those activities like yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Qigong and other activities and meeting people like we have a hub on Thursdays. So whether it is winter, summer, I don't care but I always take part in and moving with people. And so diet is the same as I love rice and curry, but it's immaterial, I mean, about the diet. Okay. And what are the sorts of challenges that are extra significant during winter? How do you face those challenges personally? And do you have any particular goals you want to achieve during this winter? There are no goals, but only thing is, I mean, heating is the problem because the bills that I have to pay, so that is I am more concerned about heating, but no choice, the flat that I am living, I do not have a central heating, but I always use the other oil heaters. So activities wise, I mean I always go out and then use my car, go out and have activities in Harrow Kairos. Are there issues during winter with your health that you need support with and who do you turn to to help you, to support you through these issues? Yes, GP and I always take jabs, flu jabs and also they check asthma because during winter it's more careful. So I go for health checks with my, do it with my GP. Okay, perfect. And the last question in this section, and what do you want of your healthcare experts to support you or prepare you for in winter? is actually more careful with heating, is the one more careful, but other than that I think GPs can help us with more health checks.
