What I do in the autumn months, I don't stay here, I go home to the Philippines, that's why I don't have any plan about autumn. Oh they should try to, they should look at this online thing, I don't know the word now, I'm lost, online community, online community so that they can have more knowledge how to control their blood sugar, their diabetes if they want to reverse, they want to lose weight they should have to because Because it is very knowledgeable about diabetes. That's why I love going every morning, every Monday to our community, which is very helpful. They should go. They try. Because some people, they don't care about what they have. especially they think they just for granted what diabetes is. But it is a very dangerous illness. Second, or first, to cancer, something like that, because diabetes is incurable. It's just controlling your blood sugar. That's what I know, just to control your sugar. And just, because I don't think there is medication about it. It's just controlling. So they have to search, research how to control your sugar.
