Preparing for winter, I really, I don't like the cold seasons, mostly. So preparing for winter is the main thing that I'm looking forward for that. Heating is the main thing and also activities, I am a member of the Harrow Carers, they have every week, they have activities, looking forward for that and then I engage with those activities. Okay, thank you. Are there any particular things that a healthcare professional can do to make you feel better or prepare you for the autumn and the coming winter? Professionals, I don't know whether they can do anything but as far as I'm concerned, I'm not diabetic but I'm suffering from high blood pressure, I got asthmatic. Yeah so what would you would like from your healthcare professional to help you with your asthma and your and your diabetes your blood pressure yeah they can they can monitor I mean most of the GP most of the time they wanted me to take recordings from high blood pressure recordings at home and then better have more health care professionals I think it's GP appointments more and also I got back pain and also my knee pain I got suffering from so physiotherapists will help actually. Okay thank you that's good and if you were trying to motivate others who have diabetes or other health conditions to be more able to self-care for their needs what would you say to to them? I tell them to control their diets mainly even my daughter is suffering from diabetes and she got legs all blisters and other things so I always tell her to be careful with sugary food and other things and also fizzy drinks so I asked her to be careful but she doesn't concern about that. Okay and what What do you feel an online community could do for you to help? Yes, Zoom meetings and other things like Bipin Organize, I always take part in Zoom meetings, so it will give me good educational things about everything. I mean IT as well as diabetics and talk about mainly, it's very educational program actually. It's a Zoom that and we ask each other the questions and it is very valuable program.
