Developed in collaboration with the Wessex Kidney Centre at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth, it is an effective administration tool for both patients and clinicians. As a patient, MyRenalCare will help you monitor your kidney condition and its treatment. By monitoring your treatment, with the support of your clinical team, you can take better control of your treatment.
